Description of Primary Responsibilities

Lead our national BKB implementation and provide ongoing support including continued system optimization

Review current process, procedure, workflows and timeline used regionally to identify best practices. In collaboration with regional CE leaders and the MD of EBG, create a consistent and harmonized service structure and consistent process to support our go to market strategy to develop and implement a uniform peace of mind timeline

Oversee the management of complex inquiries from accounting to ensure data integrity and accountability throughout all agency management systems and manage automated system connections

Ensure data integrity by overseeing regional QA consultants and specialists audit processes, including tracking and maintaining processes for new and renewal business including revenue share across regions.

This role will have direct reports; regional QA consultants and specialists will report into this position. Initially, there will be 3 direct reports (currently in the BKS region) with future regional roles being added and reporting in to the NOL

Identify areas for operational efficiencies
Experience with agency management systems (preferred Zywave, Applied (Epic), Tableau)

TECHNICAL, COMPUTER, SYSTEM SKILLS:
Describe any technical, computer or system specific skills required by this position.
Working knowledge of standard Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
