An amazing opportunity for a server ready to level up — or a floor manager who wants to become the face of a growing Mexican cantina lounge.
We recently rebranded into H&H Cantina, a lively Mexican-inspired lounge with cocktails, vibes, and a full food menu. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

💼 Position: Floor Manager (Full-Time)
Compensation: $1,100/week
Schedule:
• Mondays & Tuesdays – OFF
• Wed & Thu: 5pm–1am
• Fri & Sat: 4pm–12am (Head Bartender closes)
• Sun: 3pm–11pm
As the team grows, your salary will grow too.

✨ What We’re Looking For
Someone who wants to be more than just a floor manager — someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and brings positive energy to the room.
A person who can be the guest-facing presence of the cantina: warm, organized, and committed to great service.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
• Support the floor and take orders when necessary
• Lead closing shifts and ensure all procedures are followed
• Verify that everything closes according to NYC Health Department requirements
• If the night is slow: cut staff responsibly while ensuring service remains strong
• Maintain a safe, clean, and smooth operation
• Be a point of communication between team and ownership

📚 Experience Needed
• Experience with OpenTable & Toast POS (required)
• Prior floor manager or strong server background
• Strong communication & guest-service skills
• Ability to lead a team with confidence and respect
