Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a Expert Analyst to join the Integrated Sales Finance team to take a newly created role providing Finance support to the Experian Employer Services business. You will report to the Commissions Manager within the FP&A group.

Main Responsibilities

  • End-to-end commissions management.
  • Establish standardized quota timelines and client transfer processes to eliminate commission plan reissue.
  • Help with sales rep onboarding processes.
  • Guide transparency into sales performance through sales stack ranking analysis and improved sales opportunity reporting/analysis.
  • Guide streamlined compensation plan distribution process (Commission calculation, statement creation and sales Team distribution).
  • Lead the annual goal setting process in partnership with sales and finance leadership.
  • Guide integration between sales forecast, budget, and quota processes to reduce error and accelerate quota distribution.
  • Lead commission forecast process and support month end.
  • Provide consolidated financial analysis and information to Sales and Finance leadership, along with executive summaries, recommendations, and conclusions.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Master's in business administration, Certified Public Accountant, or Certified Management accountant as ideal.
  • Advanced English level.
  • 5+ years progressive experience in commercial finance or department FP&A or similar business partnering role.
  • Experience working in an offshore shared service center as ideal.
  • Experience working on commission process and partnership with sales teams.
