Job Description

The UK and EMEA Billing teams are responsible for opening the majority of our client accounts and providing our clients with access to our many products across various different platforms. The Service and Billing Team have to ensure all billing requirements are met on each account. They are also responsible for processing renewal contracts and raising the relevant invoices, along with any account amendments and credit notes.

You will report into the Service and Billing Supervisor.

What you will do:

  • Perform all the relevant new customer checks and opening new accounts and setting the customer up to access the relevant products;
  • Checking documentation is complete,
  • Load invoicing files into the system
  • Action account amendments to pricing
  • Manage day to day workloads;
  • Adhere to all Compliance and Global Security procedures;
  • Analyze and interpret requirements to ensure correct actions are met;
  • Investigate queries through to resolution and fixing the root cause;
  • Identify process or system improvements;
  • Update process documentation as required;

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • GCSE or equivalent;
  • Good written and spoken English;
  • Flexibility;
  • Able to work on own initiative and prioritize daily workload accordingly;
  • Accurate processing of information;
  • Good attention to detail;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
