Job Description
You will be part of the Business Support & Optimization team. You will deliver value added service activities designed to maximize return on investment for our existing UK&I Hunter and FraudNet clients. You will report into the Delivery Manager.
What you will do:
- Understand complex requirements and identify workable solutions
- Understand the fiscal effects of actions taken, challenging commercials
- Contribute to conversations, meetings and workshops.
- Communicate with PM/Client/Experian colleagues to ensure accurate implementation of project work.
- Ensure communication of project issues and foster team spirit and mutual co-operation.
- Support more junior team members with the potential for line management too
- Maintain awareness of latest business and market developments.
Qualifications
What you will bring:
- University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric or IT content is desirable but not essential
- Typically requires 4+ years related experience in software delivery
- Fluency in English
- Excel skills (can perform complex functions)
- Experience in client delivery or supporting client solutions
- Experience with leading and implementing software configuration changes
- Familiar with Databases/XML/JSON/APIs/ServiceNow/JIRA
- Experience with data analysis/MI reporting, for example using Microsoft Excel, SQL, SAS or WPS
- Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases and associated terminologies
- A team player who will offer ideas on how to evolve how we deliver to our clients.
It would be considered an advantage if you have:
- Working knowledge of XML/JSON
- Technical knowledge around SDKs for device products
- Working knowledge of WPS / SAS
- Fraud industry knowledge
