We are looking for a super strong, Director-level consulting resource, seasoned in tech delivery, who has program managed and lead ERP implementations multiple times over the past 10-15 years. This person is a seasoned expert in leading comprehensive programs for enterprise-wide ERP system implementations. With extensive experience in project/program management, change management, and ERP systems, this consultant excels in leading adoption and optimal utilization of ERP systems across the organization.

It is strongly preferred for this individual to have previous experience working at a Big-4 consulting firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC)

City Government experience is a plus, although not required. Major Technology Implementation experience (ERP and Workday) is required. This person must be local to the Charlotte Metro area.

Duration: 6-months

Location: On-site Charlotte

Travel: Hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs in office

Intensity: 40/hours per week
