About the Role:

We are looking for someone with or without human resources background, potentially with a minimum of 1 year of experience with working on different parts of human resources (or notable experience within a similar domain), who can assist our Human Resources department with its daily workload and help with the completion of ongoing HR projects. Very strong English written and oral communication skills are required.

Your responsibilities:

● Assist in updating our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and

employment forms.

● Assist in recruitment, branding and marketing activities as required.

● Prepare HR-related reports, letters as needed.

● Assisting in coordinating new employee orientations.

● Assisting and noting employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.

● Participate in organising company events and careers days.

● Other administrative duties.

Who you are:

● Relevant academic degree with or without HR background

● minimum 1 year of proven experience in HR domain or similar skill set will be preferred

● Familiarity with the entire HRM lifecycle

● Excellent communication and comprehension skills

● Willingness to learn & ability to come up with new ideas
