The primary role of a Lead Spec in Pricing team at Empower India is to ensure that the mutual fund pricing and dividend/capital gain distributions are processed and reviewed accurately in a timely manner. Some of key activities performed by Pricing Team are - to capture, validate and load Mutual Fund prices, payout Dividends to the eligible funds etc. The Lead need to work on updating and QC peers Fund Fact Sheet and Fund Performance activity. Ensures issues are being resolved and clients/partners are kept apprised of progress ensuring highest level of client service and satisfaction. Would act as subject matter expert of the process as the role demands trouble shooting and floor support for the team. Should proactively identify client needs and potential internal issues impacting client satisfaction. Assists with review, controls, and audits as appropriate. Exercise discretion and judgment with respect to matters of significance such as resolving queries, reporting of issues/escalated transactions. Exceptional training abilities with hands on experience in designing SOPs, training plan and assessments etc. Monitor deliverables by tracking activity, escalating issues, publishing progress reports and dashboards and recommend actions. Analyze and manage change notifications from Fund Houses to understand the functional/data impact of changes to the system. Effectively & efficiently enter the returns into the Returns Spreadsheet for Fund Reporting & Performance and also QC peers work. Driving high satisfaction, quality and efficiency for clients. Delivering superior results quickly and efficiently, utilizing effective time management skills.
