About the Internship

Transitions & Governance Team is comprised of experienced consultants who lead and support transition projects while providing comprehensive PMO services. They oversee end-to-end transition management through a structured lifecycle encompassing requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, approvals, and monitoring—ensuring seamless migration of work with minimal business disruption.

  • Basis project management frameworks will be an advantage

  • Analytical thinking & Problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

  • Support transition managers in planning, tracking, and executing process transitions

  • Assist in documenting current processes (as-is) and mapping future processes (to-be)

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and trackers for internal and client updates

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, HR, IT, compliance, legal) to gather inputs

  • Track project timelines, milestones, and risks Participate in stakeholder calls/meetings and maintain accurate meeting notes and action trackers. • Support knowledge transfer and training activities during the transition

  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain central repositories (SharePoint, Teams, or other tools)

  • Escalate issues or delays promptly to business partners and transition manager.

Terms & Conditions

  • Role will be full-time (8 hours per day, 5 working days).

  • Working hours from 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm (to allow for overlap with US timings)

Internship duration:

  • 6 weeks

  • Internship does not guarantee a full-time role with Empower

Base Salary Range

$240,000.00 - $352,500.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
