This is a remote position, you can be located anywhere in Brazil.

The Customer Success Team is responsible for being the advisor and owner of the customer's account, being responsible for the customer's relationship, results and success with Rock.

As a Customer Success Analyst at Rock Content, you will be responsible for driving success and customer retention within Rock's solutions, through proper understanding of customer objectives and ensuring internal alignment around their needs and expectations. In addition, guide internally and clients on best practices, closely monitor client results and proactively propose action plans aimed at achieving goals. Finally, provide accurate forecast projections and act accordingly.

Your Impact:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of Rock’s global customer journey, customer lifecycles, and ideal customer profiles;
• Assist internal and external clients in order to retain and expand customer relations;
• Serve as a focal point to clarify doubts, guiding our clients for the most suitable solution for them;
• Create strategic plans for our customers based on data aiming to enhance results;
• Formulate inbound reports and metrics;

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Administration, or related fields;
• Fluent Spanish;
• Advanced English;
• Know how to work autonomously, with your own client portfolio;
• Strong organization and communication skills;
• Project management skills.
