JOB PURPOSE
Main point of contact for end-to-end supply chain related topics of assigned GBU
Lead the IBP process, demand management, supply planning and inventory planning. Act as link between supply chain and commercial team
Drive effective cross-functional communication among stakeholders: GBU, trade, manufacturing sites, internal supply chain and external partners/customers.
Deliver the best-in-class customer service thru IBP process with optimized cost, including yet not limited to, providing real time support and analysis, connect business objectives to supply chain objectives, actively contributing to key business meetings with commercial teams and distributor partners, adding value in decision making as well as promoting best practices.
Be responsible for Supply Chain compliance on demand and supply planning process.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The incumbent will report directly to the Philippines Supply Chain Head based in Manila, Philippines
KEY TASKS/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Demand and Supply Planning
Develop collaborative and robust forecasts with BU, trade and finance and lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to arrive at single plan for the assigned GBU. (Demand Review, Supply Review, Portfolio review, Reconciliation)
Drive and own high performance and continuous improvement of critical KPIs - Customer Service Level (product availability), Forecast Accuracy, MAPE, Inventory and obsolescence. Establish timely report and gap analysis of critical KPIs and processes.
Initiate inventory policies and supply replenishment plans with local and international, internal and external suppliers to achieve business objectives.
Establish cross business management plans for products under allocation and risk of supply.
Undertake portfolio reviews to manage launches and discontinuations, with close coordination with internal stakeholders and manufacturing source.
Ensure related Supply Chain systems and tools are accurately updated and maintained, implement new tools as required.
Manage 3rd party supplier redressing activities, including discussion of packaging and delivery requirements of commercial team and align to internal supply chain or to other stakeholders as necessary.
Monitor shipment arrivals of assigned portfolio. Collaborate closely with broker/forwarder to ensure on time arrival of supply.
In charge of reviewing stocks for transfer to provincial warehouses
Participate and lead projects that will improve IBP process.
Business Partnering
Key contact for assigned GBU to manage issues on supply chain related topics
Lead regular supply chain meetings with commercial partner and finance partner
Active communication of any demand and supply related issue to all stakeholders
Work closely with Regulatory and Quality on any issues that may impact availability of products
Timely reporting of monthly sales vs IBP forecasts
Participate in monthly operations review with distributors to provide inputs on commercial expectations
Conduct monthly operations and business review with brokers and follow through closure of all action items identified
Manage relationship with key third-party customers/suppliers to meet performance and service standards in collaboration with the Distribution Business Partner and Customer Care Manager
Compliance
Regularly update SOPs and internal/external policies related to planning process
Lead BOC Audits
Health, Safety and Environment
Sanofi employee must understand own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment). Involved in any such activities must comply with HSE policy.
Cooperate with management in the provision of a healthy and safe workplace at the warehouse/distribution centres, office.
KEY INTERFACES
Internal - Local/Region Supply Chain, Manufacturing sites, EM and all local stakeholder (i.e., BUs, Trade, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, etc
External - Local distributors, Key Customers, direct customers, 3rd party logistic providers and suppliers
About the you
8+ years in pharma/FMCG sector, with strong background in planning and inventory management
Knowledge in SCM tools: SAP, Kinaxis, FuturMaster
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, including ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
Proven proactive communication skill and able to lead key meetings across all levels in the organization.
Being innovative, impactful and influential, optimistic and passionate to drive for results and growth.
Engaged and excellent team player with strong leadership qualities
Ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse and large organization.
Track record of supply chain process design and implementation
Strategic and customer focused.
Preferably with knowledge of Customs, Cost Management and Logistics
Proficient in MS software especially Excel, PowerPoint
University degree, preferably majoring in Engineering, Logistics Management, Statistics or Finance
