We are looking for: Strategic Digital Partnerships Associate - VIE Contract (W/M)

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Strategic Digital Partnerships VIE Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and execution of business development strategies and initiatives to drive growth and achieve company objectives
- Contribute to the development of potential partner landscape analyses and build/buy/partner assessments
- Collaborate with the business development team to optimize operational processes and ensure smooth execution of deals and partnerships
- Assist in the preparation of business development reports, presentations, dashboards, and other documentation
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential competitors, market trends, and emerging opportunities
- Monitor industry developments, track competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Potentially support the Business Development (BD) leads in evaluation and execution of various business transactions, including licensing agreements, partnerships, and acquisitions
- Potential to contribute to due diligence efforts by gathering and analyzing relevant data, financial information, and market intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research and Development (R&D), finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure alignment and integration of business development activities with the overall company strategy
- Support the coordination of internal and external stakeholders throughout the deal-making process
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as business, life sciences, marketing, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in the biopharmaceutical industry and business development
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools
- Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis would be an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willing to learn
