Our Team:

Quản lý khu vực Hải Phòng, kênh OTC (các nhà thuốc lớn) trên địa bàn Hải Phòng bao gồm 2 Quận và 2 huyện với khoảng 50 – 60 nhà thuốc:

Quận: Ngô Quyền và Hải An Huyện: Đồ Sơn và Kiến Thụy

Main responsibilities:

• Tiếp nhận địa bàn Hải Phòng, xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng và địa bàn tiềm năng mới
• Ghé thăm khách hàng theo lịch trình, chia sẻ và tư vấn các kiến thức sản phẩm của Công ty đến các khách hàng (khoảng 50 lớn trên tổng 200 nhà thuốc trên địa bàn quản lý)
• Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ theo yêu cầu công việc
• Thực hiện các kế hoạch về chương trình Marketing đã hoạch định, các kế hoạch bán hàng nhằm đạt chỉ tiêu phân bổ
• Thu thập các thông tin thị trường, phản hồi của khách hàng, giải quyết các vấn đề phản đối của khách hàng

• Experience: Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí tương tự Pharmacy Representative/Sales Representative. Kinh nghiệm làm việc ở MNC là 1 điểm cộng
• Soft skills: Nhanh nhạy, mạnh tư duy chăm sóc khách hàng, năng động, sáng tạo. Mạnh khả năng giao tiếp, thuyết phục khách hàng
• Technical skills: Excel
• Languages: Tiếng Anh (đọc hiểu)
