Job Title: Inventory Cycle Counter/ Analyst
Reports To: Direct Report to: Manager- Distribution Systems & Warehouse Operations

Job Summary
The Inventory Cycle Counter/Analyst is responsible for cycle counting inventory of all products in the warehouse and other locations. Employee must utilize a motorized or manual forklift, reach truck, order picker or other heavy material handling equipment. Employee must possess an understanding of all systems and processes within the total internal operation; additionally, the employee must be familiar with the dynamics of all material movement within the facility. The employee must be able to identify issues or situations that may affect the overall accuracy of the inventory, and to communicate those observations to the rest of the inventory team.
Role Specific Responsibilities
Take inventory; importance of precise and accurate counting.
Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate any variances.
Handling and moving- objects using hands and arms in moving, installing, positioning, or manipulating things.
Performing general physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
Getting information- observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
The ability to- be reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfill obligations. Be honest and ethical.
Exhibit care about detail and through in completing work tasks.
Exhibit a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Professional Skills:
Be self-motivated and able to perform with little or no supervision.
Ability to convey information to others effectively.
Effective time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel and Word.
Ability to obtain a PIV certification.
Ability to investigate and analyze inventory related problems for their cause and assist in their resolution.
MUST HAVE FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE - be ok with heights
Have 1 year of relevant experience in inventory counting
Special Requirements: Safety equipment as assigned.
