Key Responsibilities

Deliver collections management services to SBS
o Review AR ageing reports
o Perform collection & dunning
o Contacting customers (phone calls, emails) for collection or resolution of aged receivables, regularly collecting and analysing Customer data
o Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process
o Dispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility

Requirements:
o Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
o Ongoing studies preferably in the field of finance, accounting
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office
o Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage)
o Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
o Team player, able to work collaboratively and transversally with Ci2C front line teams with an end to end mindset
o Good communication skills
o Organized and structured to execute tasks as per deadlines
o Attentive to detail and works with precision
