iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for: Demand & Market Operations Coordinator - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 01/12/2023

Responsibilities:

• Vaccines demand planning on 5 years horizon for 3 countries: Czech Republic, Hungary, Ukraine
• Tender management for the 3 markets (occasional)
• Coordination of repackaging activities in Budapest platform (import plan, stock management, coordination of unusual operations allowing to meet ad-hoc customers’ needs and business targets)
• Participation in transversal projects - according to needs (projects can involve the launch of new products, modification of business flows, packaging modifications etc.)

Requirements:

• MBA/master’s degree in international business or supply chain
• International experience would be plus
• International trade, demand planning, logistics
• Understanding of operational business / logistics environment
• Ability to prioritize activities and requests
• Ability to deal with tight timelines and handle significant time constraints
• Ability to analyze and synthesize big amounts of numeric data (demand volumes, allocations, prices)
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
• Organizational skills
• Full proficiency in English + any East European language will be a plus
