JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the scientific leadership consolidation in China, by leading the generation and execution of Type 2 Inflammation (T2I) strategy across all Dupilumab indications, aligning with both China Dupilumab therapy area heads and global T2I medical team on T2I scientific narratives, identifying and developing China T2I Center of Excellence (CoE), establishing scientific network between China T2I CoEs with their global counterparts.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead Dupilumab portfolio management team and scientific transformation team
- Act as China medical contact person with global T2I medical team
- Act as medical contact person with NPP, R&D, regulatory affairs teams in Dupilumab early stage clinical trials
- Generate China CoE criteria and CoE related deliverable KPIs
- Maintain CoE program dashboard
- Supervising the development and execution of China T2I strategy
- Ensure consistency of T2I strategy across all Dupilumab indications and across all medical T2I education activities
Performance and KPI assessment:
- Quality and consistency of T2I strategy in China
- Quality of T2I CoE medical plan
- Timely delivery of T2I CoE activities per plan
- Compliance
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Life science, master’s degree or above
Experience & knowledge:
- At least 8-year experience in medical affairs, marketing, project management, or R&D role in multinational pharmaceutical company
- At least 3 years of people management experience
- Immunology, dermatology, respiratory education or working expertise is preferred
