Reporting into the Channel Lead, GT & Pharmacy you will develop sustainable, profitable business in Sub Distributors, Key Account Retail Chains and Key Regional Supermarket Chains customers to consistently achieve sales targets, profitability and market share objectives.
You will ensure close collaboration with internal and external partners in order to achieve world-class distribution, availability, visibility and shopper engagement at the trade level. This is an exciting opportunity to join Sanofi and work as part of our high performing team and sell our market leading brands!
Plan and execute winning customer business plans to ensure achievement vs current year target and growth vs previous year.
Execute Joint Business Planning with top customers
Develop and conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers.
Negotiate mutually-beneficial, sustainable annual terms & conditions.
Collaborate with marketing or trade marketing to regularly conduct pre and post promotion analysis. Ensure right promotion strategy formulated with effective ROI.
Actively monitor Category and key competitions market intelligence, share with team insights & initiate actions whenever necessary.

Experience in trade marketing, sales and marketing
Strong negotiation skills and Joint Business Planning with Key Customer
Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills
