CE-OCE Strategy & Governance Lead-Shanghai

About the job

OCE Strategy & Governance Lead plays a central role to articulate, orchestrate, govern and evolve overall country OCE strategic roadmap, as well as key underlying processes, aimed at achieving business and customer engagement objectives in line with an evolving range of Sanofi digital platforms and dynamic external digital ecosystem.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Strategy

  • Support shaping of the country OCE strategic roadmap, deliverables and monitor execution against pre-defined project milestones and objectives

  • Prepare Management level reports, presentations, strategic frameworks and modelling; proposing recommendations to support strategic decision-making & planning

  • Keep up-to-date with latest trends and developments in OC customer engagement, share insights with the team, and identify opportunities to leverage and challenges to anticipate

  • Coordinate transversal OC initiatives, collaborating with OCE Business Leads, OCE Analytics Lead, and wider Commercial Excellence, Digital, xFunctional teams

Governance

  • Lead country OCE governance system with xFunctional teams and Leadership to drive culture of shared goals, accountability, agile decision making, execution excellence

  • Own, evolve and ensure smooth functioning of key processes, tools and templates enabling Sanofi OC engagement, namely: brand planning (jointly with respective MEX capabilities lead), operational planning and resources allocation (jointly respective MEX capabilities lead and with FFE)

  • Jointly with OCE Business Leads, ensure full alignment of OC business practice with country OCE strategic roadmap, evolving range of Sanofi digital platforms and dynamic external digital ecosystem

  • Enable OCE team operations to nourish effective insights transfer, sharing of best practices, and collaboration between member functions and with wider organization

  • Support change management to ensure organizational awareness and readiness to embrace omni approaches

About you

Education and experience:

  • Bachelors from reputable University w/ MBA a plus

  • Experience in brand, customer and/or consumer marketing and/or sales would be a great advantage. As would be experience in strategy, management consultancy.

  • Solid understanding of omnichannel customers engagement cycle, processes, as well as related tools and platforms

  • Solid understanding of China digital ecosystem, its underlying historical background, fundamental legislative environment and resulting patterns of customers behaviors
