CEE Shopper Lead

Sanofi Consumer Healthcare is engaged in a transformation from a strategic, organizational and investment aspect, which impacts all our current and future marketing and business activities. To help fuel this transformation, we are looking for a Shopper Lead to join our Central Eastern Europe (CEE) team.
Placed within the CEE Brand & Innovation Team, the Shopper Lead CEE will be responsible for development of insight-based shopper strategies for CHC brands and in-pharmacy execution of growth initiatives along the shopper journey. The CEE Shopper Lead spearheads a team of 6 seasoned media & digital experts Working alongside CEE Brand Leads and local Customer HUB teams, the role is responsible for driving profitable market share growth and executional excellence across 6 CEE markets (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania & Ukraine).

We are looking for a person passionate about the shopper insights, category management and BTL marketing, with first-hand experience of developing & executing trade marketing plans, to help Sanofi CHC achieve its business ambitions.
The position might be located in any CEE Zone country.
Specifically, your responsibilities will be to :
Develop and implement long-term, multi-touchpoint shopper strategies
Explore shopper & category insights to create winning & profitable shopper activation plans that influence shopper behaviors in the point of sales
Lead, evaluate and ensure best in class implementation of shopper and in-store/shelf initiatives for CHC brands
Allocate & manage shopper budget across managed trade touchpoints
Drive shopper / market / competition analytics to feed into brand & trade action plans
Engage customers with shopper-centric solutions that drive their business results
Lead & inspire a CEE Shopper Marketing team of 6 people
Must to have:
7+ years’ experience in shopper / trade / customer marketing
Current or previous experience in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG companies with proven track record of driving market share growth
Ability to build long-term shopper strategy, based on shopper insights and aligned with brand strategy
Thought leadership in deriving shopper insights, based on qualitative and quantitative data
Fluency in English (written & spoken) language

Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken)
Knowledge about pharmaceutical trade environment, key pharmacy chains and practical in-store tools
Experience in regional organization or role, preferably covering Central Europe
