You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, scalability, reliability, and security of our software applications. You will work with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to automate our development and delivery processes. You will be responsible for monitoring application performance using APM tools and implementing Chaos Engineering principles. We require IaC experience and a clear understanding of DevSecFinOps. Good communication skills and development experience with strong coding and scripting skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain DevOps processes using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Automate application and infrastructure deployment and management processes using Terraform / Terragrunt
• Monitor application and instance performance using APM tools and implement Chaos Engineering principles
• Ensure application and infrastructure scalability, security and costs using DevSecFinOps principles
• Collaborate with software developers to design and implement software solutions that meet scalability, reliability, and performance requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency and productivity
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular reports on system performance
• Continuously learn and keep up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

Min 5 years

• Strong experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience in application and instance monitoring using APM tools
• Desire for automation of activities and a clear understanding of DevSecFinOps
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and ability to use them to improve software delivery performance
• Experience with Git and systems like Github, as well as understanding of Github actions
• Experience with IaC tools, preferably Terraform
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Development background with strong coding and scripting skills, preferably Python or JavaScript/TypeScript

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Chaos Engineering principles and tools
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as Azure
• Knowledge of infrastructure and application security best practices
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana
