iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for: Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator - VIE Contract (W/M/D)

Target start date: 01/02/2024

Responsibilities:

• Support Connect QMS (Quality & HSE management System) deployment in sites, user adoption, training of HSE users, 1st level support
• Support Connect LMS (Learning Management System) roll-out in sites for HSE training
• Participate to User Acceptance Tests (UAT) as part of agile software development
• Back-up the business process owner on system admin tasks
• Build reports for the HSE processes in the “Connect” system
• Support Jump project for HSE (relocation of Frankfurt-based teams to new site)
• Other activities supporting global CHC HSE team or sites

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree, related to pharmaceuticals or health care business.
• Strong English in verbal and writing
• Flexible and Open-minded, eager to learn with interest and ability to understand new perimeters
• Communication skills
• Takes Action and focuses on outcomes over activity; and acts in the best interest of the consumers and patients
• Play to win behaviors such as stretch and act
