Our team is engaged in designing and delivering Digital Technology Services and Platforms for all CHC worldwide. We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting highly regulated environments (GxP, SoX and other regional and local regulations).

Our team operates in an international context, serving all markets in most of the countries around the world.

Main responsibilities

The Digital Quality Process Expert is a key member of the CHC Digital team providing mission-critical Quality and Compliance expertise.

The incumbent is the point of contact and Quality Partner for the Digital CHC area; she/he provides end-to-end quality & compliance oversight by ensuring the delivery of quality services related to project & application support, including process and tools, and quality management, including training, documentation, and performance.

• Develop innovative quality processes: Combine Agile and GxP requirements to create forward-thinking quality processes, leveraging Automation and DevOps techniques. Partner with Atlassian platform and DevOps platform owners to drive innovation.
• Training and development: Lead comprehensive training programs on quality processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement across teams.
• Focus on automation and simplification: Champion automation and simplification initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring our quality processes are state-of-the-art.
• Support and empower teams: Design and deliver templates and features to support POD and teams, promoting best practices and standardized procedures that drive excellence.

About you

Technical background required

• Proven experience in Agile adoption and software development lifecycle processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management, industry standards, and regulations (GxP, SOX, Data Privacy).
• Strong understanding of IT lifecycle processes and necessary controls to ensure reliability and compliance of computerized systems and services.
• Experience in validating computerized systems in a GxP environment.

Soft skills

• Proven experience in Agile adoption and software development lifecycle processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management, industry standards, and regulations (GxP, SOX, Data Privacy).
• Strong understanding of IT lifecycle processes and necessary controls to ensure reliability and compliance of computerized systems and services.
