About the job
-Coordinate with support functions to ensure proper execution of the production plan
-Monitor Supply KPI's, and adapt the production plan according to customer demand.
-Alert and anticipate any deviation from the production plan, and propose corrective action plans.
-Coordinate with Supply Plant to achieve UAP targets
-Draw up UAP monitoring dashboards
-Manage and update the Lean performance committee board
-Implement Lean tools: develop and propose improvements in terms of equipment efficiency, team organization, operating ranges, etc.
-Study the organization of production departments: layout of workshops or warehouses, material flows, work organization, etc.
-Design and implement a portfolio of actions to improve production performance in terms of cost, lead times, quality, etc.
-Draw up and analyze dashboards for monitoring the Synthetic Yield Rate of clocked machines.
-Monitor and analyze MOD and HNA productivity with UAP team members, and draw up continuous improvement plans for these indicators.
-Lead and monitor Lean projects within the UAP activity
-Train all employees on continuous improvement tools within the UAP perimeter.
-Ensure compliance with 3P commitments/initiatives within the UAP
-Ensure daily monitoring of the progress of the various tools within the UAP.
