About the job

• Carrying out the administrative tasks necessary for the receipt and release of medicines
• Managing quality records and entering them in a database
• Managing control documents and checklists
• Participating in the management of samples of medicinal products
• Recording and pre-assessing complaints
• Communication and liaison with partners and other departments
• Quality assurance system support (deviations, changes, qualifications, calibrations)
• Supporting the daily work of quality assurance colleagues
• Revision, checking and uploading of procedures
• Preparation of training material
• Location: Distribution site, Nagytétény XXII. District Budapest

About you

• Ongoing university studies of Life Science (active student status)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Hungarian, with a good command of English
• Ability to work 20-30 hours/week, min. 1 year
• MS Office user level
• MS MS Office skills (MS Office Management System)
• Flexibility
• Proactivity
