About the job

Job Purpose

  • In charge of tender protection in selective key hospitals (MC/RH)
  • Maintain products visibility and presence through strategic engagement with identified key decision makers.
  • Analyses territory information and insights to develop and execute effective account plans and optimize field resources to maximize the potential of Sanofi products in the market.
  • Execute and support Portfolio product strategies, activities and to ensure consistent marketing message.
  • Develop and maintain customers based on targeting profile.
  • Identify and maintain the relationship with KOLs.
  • Take responsibility for Customer promotion activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain strong relationship with key decision makers in territories in order to protect tender and sustain business.
  • Provide company with competitive products, market intelligence and strategic customer related data.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs in hospitals and potential new accounts.
  • Organize and implement promotion activities like round table/group product discussions, public awareness program and marketing tactical support programs.
  • Resolve and respond to customer concern with adequate product knowledge and optimal selling skills.
  • Provide customers service support to Customer for tender related issues.
  • Plan and execute the call plan based on targeting priority in OneCRM.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Sanofi employee must understand of own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment). Involved in any such activities must comply with HSE policy.

About you


  • University graduate, preferably a degree holder in science or other relevant.

Experience & Knowledge

  • 2 year sales relevant working experience in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of TW market and healthcare policy.

Core Competencies/Skills

  • Multiple products and territories management.
  • Strong analyzing, planning and execution capability for territory management.
  • Demonstrated the ability to establish relationship with decision makers.
  • Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated & result-oriented.
