• Job title: Head E Commerce

About Job:

• Managing the E-commerce business of consumer healthcare products including P&L, Strategic alliances, Business Development and Operations

• End to end E-commerce management including growing and maintaining relationships with various E-commerce portals.
• Create annual Joint business plans and maintain long term business relations with various E-commerce portals.
• Verify product catalogues and ensure that smooth back end delivery before products go live on E-commerce portals.
• Defining and ensuring execution of online business strategies, online marketing, online customer experience and channel partnership
• Support marketing in short and long term promotions including tactical promotions with E-commerce partners.
• Being updated about latest trends in the E-commerce business which should leave to innovative and unique ideas to enhance our presence.
• Setting and achieving the sales targets and gross margin targets for E-commerce with Commercial Head

About you

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language

• Understanding and management of online platforms and E-commerce business is critical
• Program management skills,
• Relationship management and
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Graduate degree, Post Graduate degree preferred
• 3-4 years in managing and leading E-commerce business / driving B2B E-commerce partnerships
• Experience in working with external partners is desirable
