PAMAT S&P Head plays the critical role in PAMAT, with strategic and transversal accountability to delevop strategy and implementation plan leveraging internal and external sources of insights, and oversee execution to ensure maximized access empowerment for business growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support Head of PAMAT to develop integrated access strategy across key topics, including strategic access projects, policy horizon scan, product access lifecycle management (incl. pricing management) etc.
• Work with PAMAT Leadership Team and internal key stakeholders to drive critical transversal projects, covering from internal alignment to follow-up execution
• Develop LCM management mechnasim to oversee full-cycle product pricing from commercial launch, NRDL to VBP, as well as holistic pricing structure across access channels including distributors, hospitals, and pharmacies ect.
• Support Head of PAMAT in preparation, oraginzation of access related management review with local and global internal stakeholders, facilitating better understanding of China policy environment and anticipation of potential change to come.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate access strategies as critical part of business plan and to ensure strategies in line with the latest market environment by staying up-to-date with evolving regulations, compliance requirements, etc.

About you

Education:

• Master’s degree in pharmacy, business, health policy, or a related field is preferred
• MBA is plus

Experience & knowledge & Competencies:

• 10+ years in leadership or healthcare strategy, strong commercialization acumen with full understanding of short, mid and long-term business implications of policy
• Strong strategic visions and sound intelligence of the latest healthcare industry trends with holistic picture of China macro-policy evolvement
• Strong analytical skills, able to use data to indenfy trends, opportunities, and risks
• Excellent influential ability to work successfully in highly matrixed organization
• Strong people management capabilities, especially a team with diverse background
• Good capability to learn and adapt to a rapidly changing industry environment and practices
• Business integrity and work ethics
• Good command of both written and oral English
