As Collection and Credit Senior Analyst within our Collection & Credit Control Team, you’ll deliver collections management services to SBS Latam for Sanofi entities within SBS perimeter as per their respective Service Level Agreements.

Main responsibilities:

• Deliver credit and receivables management services to SBS Latam as per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Manage incoming payments collections
• Manage Credit Assessments and Order Management
• Perform clearing of AR, analyze discrepancies, execute securitization program and factoring
• Review AR aging reports, perform collection & dunning, escalate & follow-up actions
• Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner

About you

• Experience: Previous hands-on knowledge of collections & receivable activities and broad understanding of end-to-end customer invoice-to-cash process and activities.
• Soft and technical skills: Team player, Continuous improvement skills, stakeholder management and assertive communication. SAP and Power BI experience are a plus.
• Languages: Advance in English (essential), Knowledge of Portuguese (desired)
