Main Responsibilities

• Co-design Vaccines strategy for Germany under the sponsorship of the General Manager and in partnership with the leadership team in the aim of delivering of short-term priorities while preparing for the mid- & long-term strategy for Vaccines.

• Leading the transformation projects related to Vaccines go to market, or any future continuous improvement projects that may improve our business delivery

• Identifying opportunities for improvement of our ways or working, on digital, on go to market approach, designing our approach for change and implementing it with all involved stakeholders

• Ensure optimal resources allocation behind growth assets and new launches and a timely and robust pre-launch readiness and execution

• Drive strategy for partnering externally with institutional and private accounts to advance business priorities and protect public health

• Identify growth opportunities for current portfolio, support pre-launch readiness and launch acceleration of new assets

• Represent One Sanofi interests and ensure high compliance with Sanofi SOPs and local legislation and transversal coordination with other Sanofi GBUs.

About you

Experience ​

• +7 years prior experience in project management, supply management, marketing, market access, finance or consultancy

• Good track record of cross functional working, transversal team management experience

• Experience in vaccines is an advantage, but not mandatory

Soft and technical skills

• Good level of communication skills & ability to positively influence peers without formal authority

• Understanding of the commercial aspects of global pharmaceutical

• Strong analytical capabilities and project management skills

• Interest in digital- and AI-related topics

• Good level of presentation skills, hands-on, pro-active approach, being able to progress in the face of uncertainty and to challenge default positions while focusing on solutions.

Education

• Business university / post-graduate diploma

• Scrum / Agile certification as a plus

Languages

• Business fluent (written and oral) in German and English required

• French proficiency is a plus
