The Local Study Manager is responsible for the set up and progress of a clinical trial/observational study/special program in his/her own country or in the assigned countries in the South Europe & Italy Cluster.

Join our Clinical Study Unit Team as Local Study Manager and you’ll ensure compliance with Sanofi Group quality standards and regulations in force, the forecasted timelines, milestones and budget.

Main responsibilities:

• is accountable for the strategic planning & management and performance of his/her assigned clinical trials

• Leads the monitoring team in the assigned country

• Ensures liaison with the study team at global study management level

• Ensures the selection, management and oversight of the Contract Research Organization, in case of subcontracted studies

• Ensures budget and contracts management for the assigned study/country

About you

• Experience: previous experience as Local Study Manager or equivalent role

• Soft and technical skills: organizational, leadership and interpersonal communications skill. Problem solving ability. Knowledge of GCP/ICH phase I-IV clinical trials. Clinical Project Management skills and Data Analytics & Digital skills

• Education: bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Health or Natural Sciences or equivalent experience

• Languages: strong English skills (spoken and written)
