As Business Process Manager you will get the opportunity to be a part of the Process Excellence and Innovation Team of Sanofi Business Operations. You will provide guidance for process modelling and evaluate our current business processes as well as identifying and recommending process improvement opportunities with best in class technologies for Process Intelligence.
You will be responsible for translating Business Process expertise into the realization of our business's long-term objectives across Sanofi globally.
To ensure success, you should be able to make a deep dive into a process, master business process management and have excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of knowledge for Signavio Tool and BPMN 2.0 methodology
- Educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
- Contribute to Project execution and Transition Projects as well as support of ad hoc requests
- Analyze and monitor implemented changes to business processes
- Act as quality gatekeeper in business process approval workflows
- Perform process evaluation to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate Business Process workshops with stakeholders
- Present progress reports and integrating feedback
- Report status of ongoing initiatives to Key Stakeholders
- Manage business requirements about Process management tool configuration (evaluate user requests, manage configuration projects with Digital)
About You
- Experience: 3+ years relevant experience in business process management in related industy from Global Business Services environment
- Soft and technical skills:
- Experience with business process modelling notations, like BPMN, EPC, BPEL
- Experience with process modelling and process mining tools lik Signavio, Aris, Celonis, QPR, etc.
- Knowledge of transactional/back office or reporting systems like SAP, Workday, eBuy, Coupa, etc.
- Team player - complex projects require a strong team
- Transversal mindset - ability to work across processes, geographies, languages, cultures and business maturity levels
- Good presentation skills and the ability to present technical details to non-technical audience and vice versa
- Analytical mindset, ability to gather requirements, understand, analyze, visualize processes and data
- Strong delivery orientation - converting strategy and “plans into action” to realize sustainable business value
- Education: Degree in business management or administration, project management or related field
- Languages: Fluent in English
