As the Enabling Platforms & DevOps Lead, you will oversee and manage diverse teams responsible for Digital Quality (GxP), the PowerSuite platform (MS Power Apps and MS Power Automate), the DevOps platform (GitHub, SonarQube, CI/CD templates, ...), the Atlassian platform (Jira & Confluence), ServiceNow and SRE tooling & observability platform. You will develop and execute strategic plans, ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions, and provide technical guidance across these platforms. Additionally, you will communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, driving innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Main responsibilities/outcomes:

  • Drive the development and implementation of strategic plans, resulting in streamlined processes and enhanced platform performance.

  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, achieving high levels of productivity and engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimizing risk and maintaining the integrity of digital solutions.

  • Enhance the efficiency of project delivery through effective use of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

  • Foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement, leading to increased operational efficiency and reduced manual effort.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.

About you

Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or IT discipline and extensive experience in IT or Digital teams, particularly in platform management, product management, or similar roles. They should have a proven track record in managing diverse teams and leading complex projects across multiple domains. Significant experience in Quality Management, compliance (GxP, SOX, Data Privacy), or Information Technology, particularly in contributing to regulated projects or system lifecycle activities, is essential.

Soft skills:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and inspire teams and excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to various audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders and ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an international, multicultural, and multidisciplinary environment.

Technical skills:

  • Proven experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies, with a focus on continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

  • Established experience with project management programs and methodologies, including SCRUM and various Agile techniques, ensuring effective project planning, execution, and delivery.

  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)

  • Experience in validation of computerized systems in regulated environment and understanding of incident management and root cause analysis.

Education:

  • While not mandatory, a relevant educational background or certifications in a scientific, engineering, or IT discipline and extensive experience in IT or Digital teams, particularly in platform management, product management, or similar roles.
