As the HCP Marketing Manager for ASEA, this role will help develop and execute strategies that effectively promote the company's products and services to healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.

This role will help to drive the HCP marketing agenda with the aim to create competitive advantage through delivering insight driven, innovative, Health Care Professional & Multi Channel focused strategies.

Key Accountabilities

Development of HCP marketing strategy for ASEA

  • Contribute to the development of the ASEA HCP marketing strategy for the key brands based on a clear vision and right to win, in partnership with marketing and medical teams. This includes:

    • Reach – understand and define key target audience; develop multi-channel engagement strategy

    • Content – develop communications framework and key messages

    • Conversion – drive activation to convert behavior / purchase

  • Define the role of HCPs for each key brands’ Repeatable Model of Growth which includes the Source of Growth, Brand Pulse, Architecture and key drivers to win

  • Contribute to the development of the communications framework for HCPs and develop key messages and claims to maximise the competitiveness of current and future products by working in close cooperation with medical and with CMI to generate, gather and analyse market intelligence (new studies, new claims, new campaign, innovation)

Execute the HCP marketing plans for Brand Building and Drive Brand Growth

  • Ensure that consumer insight/needs and HCP insights/needs are at the heart of the strategy.

  • Ensure winning execution to drive brand Memorability and Availability, with HCPs as the key influencers.

  • Deliver and execute HCP, Multi-Channel Engagement plans for key brands.

    • Develop and implement all HCP communication tools to support the brands and the local teams.

  • Create compelling and informative content tailored to healthcare professionals. This may include educational materials, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations that highlight the benefits and features of the company's products.

  • Coordinate with various teams on the implementation.

    • Collaborating closely with the local HCP sales teams to align marketing efforts and support their activities. This includes providing them with the necessary marketing materials, training, and support to effectively promote products to healthcare professionals.

Lead performance and analytics

  • Assess process and criteria used to evaluate performance of the HCP plans

  • Measure the success of the campaign in key countries and take action to ensure its effectiveness

  • Work with local HCP sales teams on performance metrics / KPIs and ensure delivery of performance

  • Ensure local HCP sales teams are properly trained on appropriate campaigns and have the right skill set to be able to deliver performance

Innovation

  • Drive innovation performance through successful planning and execution of new product launches, claims, other types of innovation to HCPs

Understand HCP needs & insights

  • Regularly conduct in depth analysis of market trends, brand performance, competition review and make recommendations to optimize HCP marketing and business development strategies, in coordination with Science, CMI and local markets

Relationship Building

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key healthcare professionals, industry influencers, and professional organizations.

    • This includes attending industry conferences and events, participating in relevant forums, and engaging in networking activities to build trust and credibility.

About you

  • Proven experience in developing and executing healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategies that drive competitive advantage and brand growth.

  • Expertise in defining key target audiences and creating multi-channel engagement strategies that effectively promote products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.

  • Skilled in creating compelling and informative content tailored to HCPs, including educational materials, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations, to highlight the benefits and features of the company's products.

  • Strong ability to integrate consumer and HCP insights into marketing strategies, ensuring relevance and impact, and driving innovation through successful product launches and new claims.

  • Experienced in assessing and evaluating the performance of HCP marketing plans, setting KPIs, and ensuring effective execution to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Adept at establishing and nurturing relationships with key healthcare professionals, industry influencers, and professional organizations through networking activities, industry conferences, and events.
