As Ethics and Business Integrity Central Southern Europe (CSE) Multi Country Organization (MCO) Head in Poland, you’ll act as a strategic, agile, and solution-oriented business partner, focusing on sustainable business growth, the design and implementation of patient-centric innovation at all levels, and the integration of societal expectations in the development of Sanofi products and services.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the effective implementation of Sanofi Global Ethics & Business Integrity (E&BI) Strategy in Sanofi Poland and as head for the MCO (multi-country organization), across different global business units (Pharma, Sanofi Vaccines and Consumer Health Care) operating on the markets directly or through third parties

• Be the single point of contact for the MCO Council on EBI matters across the GBUs and functions in the MCO Perimeter

• Provide people leadership for the EBI MCO team, set priorities, coach and develop team members

• Identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement, areas and domains of potential vulnerabilities, inefficient or ineffective processes and partner with Global Business Units management to optimize the processes in compliance with company’s values, Code of Conduct and ethics and business integrity principles

• Ensure that the implementation of global policies/standards/best practices is done timely and appropriately in the perimeter, ensuring that training, awareness and communication campaigns are developed for employees. in compliance with local regulations and Sanofi E&BI standards

• Steer and measure the efficacy of the EBI program in order to identify its strengths and areas of improvements, Recommend and follow action plans with the Global Business Units Heads and country chairs

• Partner with MCO management and country EBI heads for designing and implementing corrective actions in order to solve deviation and deficiencies, and to prevent the occurrence of similar cases in the future

• Participate to the elaboration and implementation of specific Ethics & Business Integrity programs for country/MCO territory or for specific entities / contributes to Ethics & Business Integrity local, regional and global projects

• Partner with other Sanofi assurance functions for better risk management and translate monitoring findings into actionable items with appropriate follow up on corrective actions implementation

About you

• Experience as Compliance Officer or similar position, preferably in pharmaceutical industry

• Exposure in successfully working in multicultural environments with cross functional collaboration

• Knowledge of anti-corruption requirements, knowledge of pharmaceutical industry self-regulation, general knowledge of sanctions and data privacy

• ​Proven ability in Agile Transformation and Change management

• Strategic thinking, people leadership, strong communication capabilities / team player, growth mindset, relationship and influence skills

• Customer centric and Solution-oriented mindset

• Inspired by purpose, passionate and energetic, resilient

• Taking action and making decisions supported by clear, structured and concise explanations

• Operating at any level of the One Sanofi organization

• Oral and written fluency in Polish and in English
