Main Responsibilities:

• Business Partnering: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with managers, employees, and their representatives to foster a culture of open communication and cooperation.
• Performance and Talent Management: Support the Performance and Talent Management cycle through the implementation of objective and development plan setting, performance calibration, and talent development initiatives.
• Employee Engagement & Retention: Coordinate and implement initiatives that enhance work relationships, employee engagement, and retention, including staff recognition programs, team-building events, and other related activities.
• Change Management: Support change management activities to ensure smooth transitions and continuous improvement within the organization.
• HR Model Education: Educate and empower People Managers and employees to understand the HR model, enabling them to quickly and efficiently access HR solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Utilize continuous improvement principles to develop functional efficiencies and innovative ways of working within the HR function.

• Other Expertise Services:

• Talent Acquisition and Engagement: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and culture.
• Learning & Development: Drive learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the Compensation and Benefits team to design and implement competitive and equitable compensation structures.
• Employee Relations & Labor Union Partnership: Employee Relations: Partner with managers to address all employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Labor Union Partnership: Foster a strong partnership with the Labor Union to ensure alignment on key issues and maintain a cooperative relationship.

About you

• Proven experience in HR business partnering, with a strong focus on employee relations, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, including talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Experience working with Labor Unions is a plus.
