About the job

The Head of Workplace Experience Mexico is responsible for defining the overall strategy & direction of the operating models within Facilities Management including the services offered, the way in which those services are delivered, the management of Sanofi real estate portfolio, as well as the systems and processes needed to deliver the services.

This role works with the Regional Workplace Experience lead to direct operations activities in order to balance customer service level requirements with affordability and best-in-class parameters for Facilities Management. It ensures continuous improvement through proactive leadership and development of direct reports and is responsible for running a cost-effective operation and staying within budgetary guidelines.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage Real Estate and Facilities budget and all services contracts, ensuring close control of KPIs and SLAs from vendors.
• Set the overall strategy and direction for the operating models in Facilities Management.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the site leads (office and industrial plants) to operationalize the global Facilities Management direction.
• Streamline service delivery to reduce operating cost.
• Implement and manage Records Management policy, processes and procedures.
• Work close to Safety & Security leadership in order to implement security procedures and best practices in all Sanofi sites.
• Analyze and act upon the satisfaction metrics from our customers to shape future operating models.
• Set policies and goals related to Facilities Management services delivery requiring long-term business planning and forecasting.

About you

• Experience: Experience in hospitality management, workplace services, or related people-facing roles.

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Languages: Fluent in spanish and english
