The Commercial Lead acts as a servant leader and entrepreneur to drive sales performance in their respective area while assuring compliance.
It is one of the key roles for successful agile transformation through empowerment of their team focused on customer engagement.
Main responsibilities
Team building, coaching & development, performance management, staff recruiting, establishing and maintaining communication platforms.
With the support of Agile coach/transformation coach: promote agile collaboration & agile working methods, developing into an agile self-organizing team with a transparent feedback culture and critically questioning old processes.
Strategic: capture local opportunities of an area; translating global strategy into regional tactics.
Ensures the continuous evolution and refinement of the new agile and self-organized model in the Business Unit.
Collect customers insights to design and support the team to execute impactful customer engagement.
Drive Sales Performance in each Area/POD, assure compliance.
Target setting, budget allocation, FTE planning, targeting, activity planning and sets guardrails.
Interface with internal functions and coordination with other areas, interface with external key customers to support the team.
Customer Facing: Customer Experience, Agile Coach, regional MSLs.
Office based: Brand Lead, Medical, GTMC, P&C, Customer Engagement.
Extended Team: Leadership Team, Support function.
About you
B. Sc. Degree or above in General Management, Strategy, Marketing, Pharmacy or Health Science.
2 years people management experience.
Understanding of TW market and healthcare policy.
Good skill of English in reading, writing and conversation.
Familiar with scientific, digital & commercial tools.
Leadership Skills: Ability to grasp complex issues quickly and set priorities, moderation and control of an agile, cross-functional team.
Communication & Change Management Skills: Representative of Senior Management and the ability to persuade, confident use of digital communication tools as well as experience in digital coaching.
Role model/visionary for the agile way of working and give answer to the questions WHY AGILE (agile mindset) and Play to Win culture.
Solution and result oriented Entrepreneur: future oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.
Collaborative team player.
Understanding of agile leadership: open mindset to improve agile leadership, no hierarchical business approach.
Motivator to try new things and take risks (learning by doing/lessons learned).
Empowerment: Delegation, giving responsibility and lead trustfully.
