About the Job

As a Medical Representative at Sanofi, you will be the trusted link between our General Medicines portfolio and healthcare professionals in your assigned territory. Your mission is to ensure optimal access to our products, foster customer satisfaction, and drive commercial success through personalized engagement and high-quality scientific exchange.

Main Responsibilities

• Promote assigned General Medicine products to healthcare professionals through face-to-face and remote interactions

• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers in your area

• Achieve territory sales objectives and contribute to regional growth targets

• Ensure product accessibility by maintaining a high activation rate (≥80%) and managing quotas effectively

• Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to adapt strategy and optimize performance

• Continuously update your knowledge on product portfolios, scientific data, and therapeutic trends

• Adhere to Sanofi’s ethical standards and compliance policies in all engagements

About You

• Educational background in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related health sciences

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is an advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Agile and digitally fluent, with a performance- and solution-oriented mindset

• Fluent in Vietnamese; basic working knowledge of English
