JOB PURPOSE

CHC Medical Manager drives and coordinates brand-relevant medical activities within the country. This includes setting up and championing a Medical Strategic Plan, managing engagements with healthcare professionals (HCPs), defining brands’ uniqueness and scientific superiority, and delivering evidence to bring simple science to life and make the communication simple, clear, and memorable for HCPs and consumers.

The main responsibilities include:

Medical Strategy

Development of medical product strategies for selected group of products

Define and articulate the unique scientific and medical positioning of the brand, ensuring clarity around its therapeutic benefits, value propositions, and competitive advantages.

KOL-management & Scientific events:
◦ Manage and build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive scientific exchange and brand advocacy.
Evidence Generation & Communication:
◦ Drive the generation of scientific evidence to support brand claims and enhance brand differentiation, including clinical trials, observational studies, and real-world evidence

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
◦ Ensure all promotional and non-promotional activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
◦ Provide accurate and timely responses to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders.
