Our Team:

We are an international team working for the top pharmaceutical company in the field of dermatology and respiratory. We are based in Czech Republic, Prague and coordinating the support of HealthCare professionals from 7 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. We are looking forward to extend our team team by new member who will help us with administrative support.

Main responsibilities:

• Administrative support of international commercial team

• Working in different internal softwares

• Event management – admin support of Commercial team

• Purchase Orders admin support

• Travel admin team support

• Ad hoc projects in Excel - Financial analysis

About you

• ​Active University student (ideally starting 2nd , 3rd or 4th year of University education) studying in Czech Republic

• Passion for working with people and curiosity to learn more

• Personality with strong delivery skills and focused on results

• Well organized and a can do attitude

• Good knowledge of Excel

• Advanced English and Czech is a must
