• Leads and supervises project teams to provide timely programming support according to global project strategies.

• Contributes to the global coordination efforts to identify, develop and implement departmental standards, applications, processes and training.

• Contributes to the recruitment and interview process for programmer positions within the department.

• Responsible for setting goals, managing performances and facilitating career development of direct reports
