About the job

Responsible for driving the effective execution and alignment of brand strategies by enabling high performance commercial operations. This role acts as a strategic partner to cross functional teams, translating brand objectives into field-ready plans optimizing execution through data-driven insights and ensuring alignment across key stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data-driven commercial strategies based on market dynamics
  • Monitor field performance and drive continuous improvement through KPIs, call activity, targeting and segmentation
  • Collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access, Customer Engagement to ensure seamless coordination and alignment on key immunology initiatives
  • Analyze immunology market dynamics, patient flow, and competitive landscape to provide insights that shape tactical plans
  • Design and implement data-driven commercial strategies to accelerate uptake
  • Drive adoption of digital tools, CRM, and data analytics platforms to enhance field force impact and strategic execution
  • Lead initiatives in customer segmentation and introduce best practices to drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and enablement tool
  • Support field team capability development through tailored training programs focused on scientific data, patient-centricity and account/institutional management
  • Track and report on executional KPIs across indication and territories to ensure timely course correction and performance maximization

About you

  • Experience: Proven experience in leading commercial teams.
  • Skills: Team leadership and management; Results orientation; Analytical thinking and decision-making; Interpersonal relationships and assertive communication; Adaptability and conflict resolution; Empowerment and accountability.
  • Education: University degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory).
  • Languages: Spanish and intermediate English.
