The onco-hematology team is part of Sanofi Specialty Care, Sanofi’s specialized medicine unit, which includes Rare Diseases, Neurology, Onco-Hematology, and Immunology.
Our product, Sarclisa, is positioned as one of the leading treatments in the field of multiple myeloma, with a development pipeline involving various combinations and several launches planned in the coming years.
Marketing department Mission
Lead the Sarclisa strategy in Spain, ensuring consistent and timely execution of the marketing plan, with an omnichannel approach. This involves aligning and engaging key internal and external stakeholders to achieve the objectives set at the beginning of the year.
With Sarclisa, it is essential to reinforce the product’s positioning in the competitive landscape of multiple myeloma, both against current therapies and those expected to enter the market. Strategic planning over the coming years will be critical to sustaining growth and achieving long-term goals. Additionally, it will be vital to build strong relationships and deepen understanding of all current and emerging stakeholders involved in the diagnosis and treatment of multiple myeloma, ensuring they play an increasingly central role in optimizing patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the Sarclisa brand strategy in alignment with Sanofi’s global-local ("glocal") content guidelines.
- Support the local adaptation of strategic initiatives based on the Spanish market landscape and competitive dynamics in multiple myeloma.
- Actively contribute to RESET team meetings, preparing and presenting brand-related materials and initiatives.
- Participate in ONE HEMATOLOGY cross-franchise meetings, collaborating with other hematology-focused teams to drive synergies and maximize impact.
- Lead digital engagement strategies for Sarclisa, including email campaigns, newsletters, and HQ communications.
- Drive the digital amplification of brand activities such as congresses, webinars, and local scientific events.
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success and execution of digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Market Research, Communications, and Public Affairs to ensure the success of Sarclisa in the market.
About You
Education and Knowledge:
- Higher university degree (preferably in health sciences).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of spoken and written English.

- No prior experience required; interest in developing in the Marketing/Commercial area.
