  • Location: Kungsholmen, Stockholm, Sweden
  • Job type: This is a part-time position (maximum 15 hours per week) for 11 months, requiring office presence 1-2 days per week.

Main Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be tailored to your profile and business needs, and may include:

  • Regulatory Documentation & Submissions
    • Prepare, maintain, file and archive regulatory documentation and submissions
    • Ensure records are accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Regulatory Operations & Database Management
    • Assist with regulatory correspondence and communications
    • Track regulatory commitments and deadlines
    • Maintain and update regulatory databases
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Support meetings and events to facilitate collaboration across teams
    • Work with colleagues from different functions within our international, matrix organization
  • Digital & Strategic Initiatives
    • Contribute to digital and omnichannel initiatives aligned with the One Sanofi business strategy
    • Support the implementation of new tools and processes
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support for regulatory processes and day-to-day operations

About you

We are looking for motivated and curious students who:

  • Are holders of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences or Medicine
  • Have excellent organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Are self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Are excited about building networks and navigating a dynamic, international matrix organization
  • Are able to communicate confidently in both Swedish and English (if you speak Finnish, that's a bonus!)
  • Are comfortable with using Office 365 and are able to pick up new digital tools easily
  • Can commute easily to the Stockholm office
