Sanofi has big plans to become the go-to employer in biopharma — and you’ll play a key role in making this happen by creating content that speaks directly to the next generation of talent. We're looking for a creative and multi-skilled content and design professional who understands what resonates with students, graduates, and early career professionals across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WeChat.

As Junior Content & Creative Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the development and execution of employer branding campaigns focused on Early Careers. From videos and reels to social- first graphics, event assets, and presentation templates, your work will help us attract, engage, and inspire the best young talent across the globe. You’ll report into the Global Content Lead for Employer Branding and work closely with the Early Careers and Influencer Activation leads. You’ll also collaborate with global and local teams, ensuring we deliver fresh, consistent, and impactful creative.

Key responsibilities

  • Co-develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for early careers initiatives (e.g. internships, graduate programs, campus events, social media takeovers)
  • Design visually compelling and brand-consistent materials including posters, brochures, social graphics, and digital content
  • Create and localize assets for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), tailoring content to platform best practices and Gen Z audiences
  • Edit short-form videos (reels, stories, TikToks) and longer-form assets (interviews, testimonials, animations)
  • Support the design and visual storytelling of presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Develop branded content kits for markets with limited creative resources, enabling them to localize and reuse global assets
  • Ensure all assets align with Sanofi’s employer brand visual identity, tone of voice, and accessibility guidelines
  • Collaborate with interns and junior talent to co-create authentic content (e.g. peer-led stories, behind-the-scenes videos)
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of the Employer Brand Portal and digital asset library

About you

  • You have a creative mindset, a strong design portfolio, and an interest in employer branding, talent attraction, or early careers content
  • You’re highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
  • Experience with social-first editing tools like CapCut, CupCut, Canva, or Figma is a strong plus
  • You have experience creating content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, or YouTube
  • You’re agile, collaborative, and able to turn ideas into polished deliverables quickly
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Video editing and motion design skills are a plus

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline
  • 4+ years of experience working as Graphic Designer in a marketing or branding
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in French, Chinese or German is a plus
  • Experience working in employer branding is a plus
