Position Title: People and Culture Intern

Job Overview

In the People & Culture (P&C) Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our organizational efficiency through process improvement, data analysis, and AI implementation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills to drive innovation and support the P&C team in delivering excellence across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct process mapping and design to optimize P&C operations

• Identify and implement simplification opportunities across various P&C functions

• Increase AI usage and implementation within the P&C team and related processes

• Perform data engineering tasks and conduct in-depth dashboard analysis

• Support People Excellence activities through comprehensive data analysis

• Generate process improvement insights and prepare related reports

• Provide translation and documentation support as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th-year university student, or currently enrolled in a Master's program

• Advanced level of English with strong presentation and communication skills

• Proven collaboration abilities and an agile, proactive mindset

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and AI tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
