iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Patient Marketing Specialist VIE within our General Medicines team, you’ll play a crucial role in developing and implementing patient-centric marketing strategies for Rhino-Gastro Franchise (Rhinology and Gastroenterology areas), aiming at bridge the gap between patients, healthcare professionals, and our organization on CRSwNP (Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Polyps Nasal) and EoE (Eosinophilic Esophagitis).

You will support patient engagement initiatives aimed at improving disease awareness, treatment adherence, and overall patient experience throughout their healthcare journey. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine marketing expertise with healthcare impact in a rapidly evolving market.

Main responsibilities:

  • Understand Global patient strategies, localize and implement patient marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with brand objectives and fulfilling patient gaps throughout disease journey.
  • Localize global assets and/or co-create compelling education materials, including brochures, digital content, and support program resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, market access, and commercial departments to ensure integrated patient approaches.
  • Analyze patient insights and market trends to identify opportunities for enhanced patient support, and support Patient Affairs and Advocacy team on patient groups and organizations strategies development and execution in Brazil.
  • Manage digital patient engagement platforms and social media initiatives focused on patient communities, and monitor campaign performance, measure ROI, and recommend optimizations based on data analysis.
  • Support patient journey mapping initiatives to identify pain points and opportunities for intervention, and work with patient support programs designed to improve treatment adherence and outcomes.
  • Ensure all activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations, industry codes of practice, and ethical standards.

About you

Experience:

  • Previous experience in marketing, healthcare, or life sciences, working with marketing agencies or participating in cross-functional projects is desirable.
  • Some exposure to brand strategy, campaign development or product positioning.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms).
  • Experience in data analysis or performance tracking using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Basic understanding of Marketing principles, segmentation, multichannel engagement, and knowledge of digital marketing tools, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to interpret market research and patient insights data.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare fundamentals, and patient-centric marketing approaches and strategies would be a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities and talent for building relationships to thrive in a multicultural environment and influence cross-teams inside organization.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Project management capabilities with attention to detail, proactive, curious and eager to learn.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work effectively in Brazilian context.
  • Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate for improving patient lives through healthcare innovation.

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Project Management or related field.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English, French and Portuguese knowledge would be a plus.
