Purpose:

The Inbound Sales Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the performance of a team of Inbound Sales Representatives. This role focuses on managing daily operations, driving effective sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the sales team, analyzing performance metrics, and refining processes to improve efficiency and outcomes. The manager will collaborate with Marketing and other departments to align strategies, maximize the value of inbound leads and calls, and uphold the company’s commitment to delivering reliable safety and security solutions tailored to customer needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Coach, mentor, and inspire Inbound Sales Representatives to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews, offering tailored feedback, training, and development plans to foster professional growth and engagement.

Performance Management

• Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement targeted strategies to optimize individual and team performance.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.

• Refine and streamline sales processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and conversion.

Strategic Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing and other internal departments to align sales strategies and leverage inbound leads effectively.

• Contribute to cross-departmental initiatives that drive broader business objectives.

Customer-Centric Approach

• Ensure the team delivers exceptional service that aligns with customer needs and expectations.

• Uphold the company’s commitment to providing trusted, high-quality safety and security solutions.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within an inbound sales environment.

• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement actionable strategies for improvement.

• Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of cloud-based contact center software; experience with Five9 is a plus.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering quality solutions.

• High school diploma required but bachelor’s degree preferred.

Schedule Requirements

Tuesday through Saturday 9:00AM-5:30PM EST or Sunday through Thursday 9:00AM-5:30PM EST or Saturday through Wednesday 9:00AM-5:30PM EST
