What You’ll Do

Client Implementation Leadership

• Own implementation success for new Health System clients, ensuring timely deployment across both Adonis’ operational and technical workstreams.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables spanning data integrations, agent workflow design, product adoption, and more.
• Identify Agent workflow opportunities post-close and collaborate with Product to inform roadmap improvements.

Client Partnership

• Own client relationships during implementation, acting as the strategic partner to Health System stakeholders and internal teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Epic, guiding customers on best practices and recommended workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate operational requirements into technical deliverables.

Operational Scale & Process Development

• Develop repeatable implementation frameworks to scale deployment across Health System customers.
• Anticipate risks, manage competing priorities, and maintain alignment across technical and operational workstreams.

You are a seasoned implementation leader with a strong foundation in healthcare technology, particularly within large Health System environments. You combine operational rigor with relationship excellence, managing complex, cross-functional implementations while serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• 5 years of experience in client-facing implementation, delivery, or consulting within healthcare technology or revenue cycle management.
• Deep familiarity with Epic, including integration and/or workflow design experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex Health System implementations, coordinating across technical and operational teams.
• Demonstrated track record of owning executive-level relationships with VP, Director, and Manager-level stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience at a healthcare consulting firm or implementation partner (e.g., Optum, Deloitte, Nordic, Chartis, R1, or Epic).
• Experience implementing or integrating SaaS or automation platforms within enterprise Health Systems.
• Strong operational playbook development experience—creating repeatable frameworks, templates, and documentation.
• Exposure to revenue cycle automation or AI-driven workflow solutions.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $175,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
